CASE STUDY: NYC HEALTH + HOSPITALS

Rover Labs collaborated with New York Health & Hospitals to offer weekly COVID-19 testing services for schools in New York City. Rover Labs provided delivery and drop-off services to transfer the samples to our  laboratory.

CHALLENGES

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, New York City schools required effective management of the virus to create a safe learning environment for their students. Our organization partnered with 50 schools to test a pilot program utilizing saliva testing. We provided specialized courier services to manage the delivery and drop-off of samples in New York City.

Early in the pandemic, schools were faced with many urgent testing needs. In order to streamline the process, we managed  the delivery of all testing supplies, and sample pick ups. Schools were provided scheduled deliveries and on demand courier services.
